Police arrested a 47-year-old woman on suspicion of possessing an offensive weapon and assault, as reported by Sky News.
All four were taken to a major trauma centre for treatment, the London Ambulance Service said.
“We treated four patients at the scene and took them all to a major trauma centre as a priority by road,” an ambulance service spokesperson said.
Later, police said that it's "believed to be a mental health-related incident."
