It's no secret Australia has become a post-COVID filming hotspot for blockbusters like the Mortal Kombat II brought Hollywood to the Gold Coast and the Anaconda remake.
But our great country has been putting in the hard yards pretending to be exotic locations (OK, mostly the US) for decades. None of the below movies are set in Australia but they make the most of our robust industry by being filmed here.
