DatVietVAC Group Holdings., producer of some of Vietnam’s highest-rated television programs, is pursuing an initial public offering as it seeks to replicate the success of South Korea’s entertainment giants.
The company is offering more than 11.15 million shares at an initial price of 54,800 dong each from Aug. 5 to Sept. 7. Following the IPO, its charter capital is expected to exceed 1.1 trillion dong, valuing the company at about 6.1 trillion dong ($232.5 million) based on the IPO price.
