A massive oil refinery, owned by oil company Tatneft, is among the sites hit in Nizhnekamsk with smoke seen rising from the explosion for miles around. Russia has also carried out its own deadly attack on Ukraine in recent hours, after suffering significant losses in Tatarstan.
