Indian conglomerate Adani Group has secured a loan of about $800 million from a group of overseas lenders to help fund its push into data centers, according to people familiar with the matter.
AdaniConneX Pvt., a joint venture with EdgeConneX, obtained the facility from lenders including DBS Group Holdings Ltd., Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group Inc. and Singapore’s Clifford Capital, the people said, asking not to be identified because the information is private. The 18-month loan will be priced at an all-in-cost of about 200 basis points over the Secured Overnight Financing Rate, or SOFR, they said.
