Gainwell Technologies has started the next leg of a broader $5.8 billion debt overhaul that marks the US software sector’s biggest financing of 2026 in the junk-debt market.
The Veritas Capital Fund Management-owned firm unveiled a five-year high-yield bond Tuesday that will be part of a $4.34 billion package that includes a leveraged loan, according to a person familiar with the matter. The note is being pitched at a yield in the mid-9% area and a lender call is scheduled for 11 a.m. New York time, the person said, asking not to be identified discussing private information.
