The Singapore-based engineering services firm has appointed Axis Capital Ltd., Kotak Mahindra Capital Co., JM Financial Ltd., Morgan Stanley and Citigroup Inc. to advise on the share sale, the people said, asking not to be identified because the discussions are private.
