It's fair to say that she isn't short of confidence. But after an historic week at the European Athletics Championships, she has more than justified her sky-high self belief.
Her latest post on Instagram stories is set to 'All I Do Is Win' by DJ Khaled. It is an apt choice. The 24-year-old sprinter did exactly what she'd set out to do, winning gold in the 100m, 200m, 4x100m women's relay and 4×100 mixed relay.
The clean sweep means she has become the first athlete in the 92-year history of the European Championships to win four gold medals in the same week. And it means she has delivered on her stated aim to "become iconic".
The glass of bubbly she enjoyed with her coach on Sunday night was extremely well deserved. "Four golds was the dream and perhaps dreams do come true," she said.
"It's so beyond the bounds of my dreams that I'm just euphoric. I can't believe it's happening. I think it will sink in later, maybe on the podium. I'm just so proud of myself and the way I've handled this week."
This was a breakout success for Hunt, who has been catapulted into the wider consciousness. She has gone from athletics superstar to sports superstar and is now the heavy favourite to be named BBC Sports Personality of the Year for 2026.
After making onto the front pages this week, expect TV interview appearances and brand deals aplenty. Hunt, who already promotes a skincare product and an electrolyte drink, has the world at her feet as a supremely talented, glamorous, fashionable, extremely likeable, down-to-earth sportsperson who now carries the flag for athletics.
"Everyone knows I love a bit of glam and I love my nails," Hunt told the BBC this week after putting Birmingham landmarks on her nails. "The glam definitely helps that mentality because sprinting is such a confidence game."
Athletics has become something of a niche sport in recent years and is in desperate need of a crossover star, someone able to attract attention and then hold it. Hunt is that person.
"An academic badass and a track goddess". It's not a bad bio and it is entirely fitting. Hunt has many other strings to her bow, aside from being the best female sprinter in Europe.
She graduated from Cambridge University in 2023 with an English literature degree, after three years spent staying up to read until 3am, despite her punishing training schedule. Hunt, who now lives in the Italian city of Padua, calms her pre-race nerves by playing puzzle games on her phone and is a big art fan.
Her personality shone through in a BBC interview after winning the 4x100m women's relay. Asked about her own achievement, Hunt quickly turned to her team-mates. "I'm stood next to some amazing women!" she beamed before highlighting Dina Asher-Smith's longevity at the top of the sport, the fact Success Eduan is studying to become a midwife and that Imani-Lara Lansiquot has written a play.
The European Championships were given a platform thanks to their primetime slot on the BBC. But for Hunt to really ascend to another level of fame, she knows where she has to be successful: the Olympic Games.
Los Angeles hosts the next Games in 2028 and Hunt still has a long way to go if she's to compete on the global stage. Despite being head and shoulders above the competition at the Alexander Stadium this week, her fastest times this year put her 14th worldwide in the 200m and 25th in the 100m.
Yet she is no stranger to hardship, having suffered with her mental health during the demanding times of studying at Cambridge and training, and sustained injuries. More recently, it has been her blood pressure which has thrown a spanner in the works, leaving her close to fainting and needing to do tests every day.
Having used Russell Crowe's famous line from Gladiator, Hunt appears to be at home under the spotlight. “I’ve always likened the sprints to being a gladiator in the arena,” she explained afterwards.
After smashing all her European competitors this week, Britain's glamourous gladiator will soon turn her attention to world domination.
