Users who logged into their bank account today were met with the message: “We’re experiencing issues. We’ll let you know when they’re resolved.” Although Monzo users can still see their bank balances, they can’t transfer money. In a warning message on the app Monzo tells users: “You can still use your card to make payments. Your balance and transactions might take longer to update in your feed, and some app features may be unavailable.
