Ben Stokes hit a half-century and took two wickets for Durham against Derbyshire on day two in the Rothesay County Championship.
The former England captain scored 53 from 61 balls, hitting 11 fours, before he was caught and bowled by Anuj Dal.
After helping Durham post 283 in the Division Two fixture, Stokes struck with his very first ball to remove Harry Came, who edged to Alex Lees at third slip.

Then a yorker accounted for Caleb Jewell as Derbyshire closed on 127-6, trailing by 156.
Olly Stone took 6-44 as Division One leaders Nottinghamshire ousted Surrey for 162.
Joe Clarke (37 not out) and Jack Haynes (34 not out) then put on 70 as Notts closed on 147-3 to lead by 169.
Second-placed Somerset enjoyed a fine day, posting 469 all out thanks to James Rew's unbeaten 74 and 48 from last man Migael Pretorius in a stand of 72.
Jack Leach then took 4-37 as Essex were skittled for 158, and although they were 59-0 after following on, with Dean Elgar unbeaten on 30 and Paul Walter 29 not out, the deficit was 252.
Chris Woakes took 4-36 as Warwickshire, in third, dismissed Sussex for 156.
But the hosts also struggled with the bat, scoring just 161 before an unbeaten 32 from Tom Haines left Sussex 84-3 second time around.
Yorkshire lost Adam Lyth for 51 and then nightwatchers Ben Cliff and Jafer Chohan as they closed on 131-5 in their second innings for a lead of 111 against Hampshire.
Glamorgan's Mason Crane top-scored with 44 as 15 wickets fell at Grace Road, Leicestershire finishing with a lead of 78 with eight second-innings wickets in hand.
Back in Division Two, Zak Crawley followed up his season's-best 81 on day one with a second-ball duck on day two but Kent closed on 38-2 and lead Middlesex by 139 runs.
George Bartlett scored 92 batting with the tail to take Northamptonshire from 134-6 to 284, before Lancashire closed on 68-2.
Rehaan Edavalath hit 63 and Brett D'Oliveira was unbeaten on 49 as Worcestershire, having dismissed Gloucestershire for 150, reached 205-7.
