The Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA) recorded a lower 5 on Japan's seven-level seismic intensity scale in Adachi City in the Tokyo Metropolis, 10 cities in Ibaraki Prefecture, four locations in Saitama Prefecture and two in Chiba Prefecture.
