Zakharova said during a Moscow news briefing. She added that London would not be able to avoid responsibility for supplying Kyiv with Storm Shadow missiles and the technology to manufacture them. Zakharova earlier told the briefing that Britain and France were "playing with fire" by supplying sensitive missile technology to Ukraine. "London and Paris are trying to dodge responsibility for deep strikes into Russia by shifting the 'assembly' role to Ukraine," she said. "They should understand this is playing with fire, and that the consequences could be unpredictable - including for them." It comes as Prime Minister Andy Burnham accused the Kremlin of "outrageous threats" against the UK.
