Teen stabbed to death at Wembley council HQ pictured as boy charged with murder A 17-year-old boy who was stabbed to death at a council headquarters in Wembley, London, has been named as David Wynter and pictured for the first time A 17-year-old boy who was fatally stabbed at a council headquarters building in London has been pictured for the first time. David Wynter was found with stab wounds at Brent Civic Centre in Engineers Way at around 2.30pm on Tuesday, August 25. Officers attended alongside the London Ambulance Service, however, the teenager was pronounced dead shortly after. A 15-year-old boy was arrested and subsequently charged with murder on Thursday, August 27, when he appeared at Willesden Magistrates' Court. He is due to appear before the Old Bailey today (Friday).
