"It's going really well. My experience of her is, so grounded and so open and caring and kind and loving," he gushed over her during a recent appearance on "The Jamie Kern Lima Show" podcast.

The couple, who have been linked for more than a year, have largely kept their relationship private. But Curtis offered a candid look at their life together, including how they handle disagreements and what it means to be welcomed into Aniston’s close-knit inner circle.

"She uses words like ‘my love’ … she has this group of best friends that are like family," he said.

"I feel incredibly blessed to be part and welcomed into that family, and I feel blessed to be in a relationship with someone that is so open-hearted…"

Curtis also praised Aniston for staying grounded despite her fame.

"Inclusive. Isn't that a beautiful thing? We're really a model for how we can all be in this world, right?" Curtis said.

He said Aniston stands out because she stays true to herself despite her Hollywood fame.

"She has an opportunity. Like, you would understand if she was less so … Right? I think that she is a real example of stepping into possibility, as she came from... living in New York and New Jersey, and like there was… this kind of household name and retained herself."

Curtis also got candid about what happens when the couple disagrees.

The pair, he revealed, lean on relationship tools such as communication, acceptance and understanding instead of letting disagreements escalate.

"We do a lot of meditation. We do a lot of talk," Curtis said.

He explained that because the relationship is still relatively new, they don't necessarily need heavy resolution techniques.

"And, you know… in a honeymoon phase… your tools don't have to be like big sledgehammers."

The couple first sparked romance rumors in July 2025 after they were spotted aboard a yacht off Mallorca, Spain.

Aniston was photographed placing her hand over Curtis’ while he wrapped an arm around her waist, giving fans an unmistakable glimpse of their chemistry.
