A Massachusetts woman pleaded not guilty Wednesday to aggravated intimidation of a witness, juror or person furnishing information in connection with criminal proceedings, a day after she was arrested outside the courthouse where jurors in Lindsay Clancy’s triple-murder trial are deliberating.
Dawn Light, 56, of Sutton, was arrested Tuesday afternoon after she was allegedly caught recording people leaving the courthouse, according to Massachusetts State Police, Court TV reports.
Prosecutors requested $50,000 cash bail at Light’s arraignment Wednesday.
The Independent has contacted the Massachusetts State Police for comment.
