The brush will cost £12.99 and will be on sale in limited supply in supermarket chains across the UK. Lidl says that the gadget is more than just a simple brush, offering a "two-in-one" feature that doubles as a hair straightener and brush. Lidl adds that the hair styling tool is made with "high-quality ceramic-coated bristles for smoothing hair". It comes with a temperature range of up to 200°C, and users can adjust it down to 100°C. Similar devices are sold for around £60 or more at retailers like Boots and Argos. By comparison, Lidl shoppers would save over £50 by choosing the supermarket version as a budget-friendly alternative to the branded ones. There are more expensive versions of these devices available from other major retailers that can cost beyond £100. The release comes alongside other hair and beauty gadgets on the same day, including the Cien Hair and Beard Trimmer (£12.99) and the Cien Water Jet Flosser (£14.99).
