The Australian Border Force's (ABF) National Disruption Group (NDG) has coordinated targeted action across Western Australia (WA) and the Northern Territory (NT), pursuing suspected illicit tobacco and vape distribution channels. Inspectors from NT Health and the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) supported by the ABF and NT Police conducted inspections at two car yards, one petrol station, one residential property and eight retail outlets, including tobacconists, convenience and gift stores, clothing stores, grocers and motor dealerships located across Darwin and Katherine.
