Court declined to put on hold injunction preventing the USPS from tightening rules around postal voting
A US appeals court has rejected Donald Trump’s bid to impose sweeping restrictions on mail-in voting before November’s midterm elections, dealing a fresh blow to the president’s attempted crackdown.
The Boston-based first US circuit court of appeals declined to put on hold an injunction issued by a lower court judge last week, preventing the US Postal Service from tightening rules around postal voting.
