Shoppers looking to brighten up their homes may want to look at a new item at Lidl that does not take up any floor space. The major supermarket, which has roughly 1,000 stores nationwide, claims it boasts a "modern design".
The LIVARNO LED Lamp With Screw Clamp is available in white or black for £6.99. It is for collection only, so anyone hoping to arrange home delivery will be disappointed.
To avoid a wasted trip, make sure to check stock levels at your nearest Lidl branch using the online store finder. All you have to do is manually enter your postcode, and a list of your local stores will appear alongside an indicator as to whether it has the lamp in its iconic 'Middle of Lidl' aisle.
Unlike more traditional lamps, which usually have a fixed base, you can clamp this device on the side of tables and desks. Plus, the metal neck is flexible which makes it quite useful for book readers.
