Aldi launching first of its mince pies for 2026 with date set There are returning favourites and some new recipes With 100 days to go until Christmas, Aldi has unveiled the first of its mince pies, starting from £1.25 a pack, and l anding in stores from September 20. Kicking off Chrostmas 2026 Aldi’s British Specially Selected All Butter Mince Pies return after earning accreditation from the Good Housekeeping Institute last year. The pies are filled with mincemeat infused with cognac, brandy and dry cider. For a bite-sized take, the Specially Selected All Butter Mini Mince Pies also return with a new recipe. For those after something more indulgent, there are new recipe Specially Selected Ballycastle Mince Pies and Specially Selected Jamaican Rum and Almond Tarts while the Specially Selected Frangipane Mince Pies combine amaretto-infused mincemeat with almond frangipane. For those who like to keep it classic, Aldi has brought back its cult favourite — Holly Lane Deep Filled Mince Pies which are 21p per pie. Aldi’s first mince pies are available in stores from September 20, while stocks last.
