M25 traffic live: Air ambulance lands after 'serious' crash shuts motorway with severe delays An air ambulance has attended a "serious" multi-vehicle crash on the M25, with the motorway closed anticlockwise between J23 and J25 and severe delays reported. The motorway is closed anticlockwise between Junction 23 at South Mimms and Junction 25 at Enfield following the collision, which was reported shortly after 5pm this evening. An air ambulance attended the scene, with the carriageway held to allow it to land safely. A serious injury has been confirmed, while police, ambulance crews, firefighters and National Highways traffic officers are responding. There is currently no estimated reopening time. Drivers are being advised to allow extra time for their journeys, with congestion reported back towards Junction 22 at St Albans and London Colney and delays through Potters Bar and Colney Heath.
