But the Spaniard, who was appointed in 2019, has committed his future to the club and confirmation of his new agreement is expected during this international break. When asked about his contract situation ahead of Arsenal's trip to Brighton on Saturday, Arteta said: "I think we are all very much aligned; whenever the time is right, we'll get that done. There is nothing to be concerned about. "I think we both have the same ambition and the same will.
