It could be seen as a wallet-friendly alternative by anyone who likes the look and specs of Ninja's Double Stack Two-Drawer 7.6L SL300UK Air Fryer, which is on sale for £199.99, but wants to stick to a budget. Both appliances address a common kitchen dilemma by stacking cooking drawers vertically rather than side by side, reducing the counter space required. It means shoppers can save space in the kitchen with the budget-friendly appliance. Aldi’s Ambiano model offers a significantly larger capacity, with a total volume of 11 litres, split evenly between two 5.5-litre drawers. By contrast, the Ninja SL300UK has a total capacity of 7.6 litres (3.8 litres per drawer). However, the extra volume of the Aldi machine impacts its external size. The Ambiano stands at approximately 43cm, making it nearly 5cm taller than the Ninja model, which measures 38.5cm. This height difference may affect placement beneath standard kitchen wall cabinets. The two appliances handle heat distribution differently. The Ninja Double Stack features a rear-positioned fan system and includes two wire racks. This engineering allows users to cook across four layers simultaneously, despite the smaller volume of each individual drawer. It features six custom functions, including max crisp and dehydrate.
