The company passed its listing hearing with bourse operator Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing (HKEX) last week, clearing the final regulatory hurdle for a share sale in the city, the people said, requesting anonymity because the information is private. According to HKEX’s records, Amicro had yet to publish a public listing document. As a result, its financial details have not been disclosed.
