The incident happened in August, when two Cleveland Police officers - PC Tom Clough and PC Matthew Blades - lost their lives during the head-on crash on the major A-road. A Volkswagen Passat that was being driven the wrong way following a pursuit collided with the police vehicle. It was occupied by five people who all died in the crash - Jakub Matusiak, 23, Cole Robert Worthy, 17, Theo Rae, 17, Makai Saddington, 18, and 23-year-old Michael Robert Cahill.
