An e-bike rider has allegedly tested positive for alcohol and drugs after a collision south of Wollongong that left a 16-year-old girl with critical injuries. The teenager was walking on Shellharbour Road, near Sunset Avenue at Barrack Heights when she was hit by an e-bike at about 10:50pm on Sunday. Ambulance crews were called and treated her at the scene before she was flown to St George Hospital in Sydney in a critical but stable condition.
