Every weekday, the CNBC Investing Club with Jim Cramer holds a "Morning Meeting" livestream at 10:20 a.m. ET. Here's a recap of Tuesday's key moments. 1. The S & P 500 is higher for the fourth straight session Tuesday and on pace for its first record close since Aug. 13. The Nasdaq is also in the green, looking to build on the all-time closing high the tech-heavy index reached Monday. "Yesterday I talked about the idea that interest rates were actually going up when oil was actually going down. Today it's a little bit more in sync," Jim said, with oil down almost 2% and bond yields calm. "What happens is you get this explosion of buying going into the market." 2. One of our names seeing plenty of buying is CrowdStrike , which is up almost 3% and hit a fresh all-time high. CEO George Kurtz joined Jim earlier Tuesday on CNBC's "Squawk on the Street," and he made the case that CrowdStrike's business was broadening from providing cybersecurity defense into the domain of AI safety. "And that's a new market," said portfolio director Jeff Marks. Jim noted that in the era of companies deploying AI agents to operate autonomously, there needs to be third-party organizations providing protection. That's where CrowdStrike and fellow Club name Palo Alto Networks come into play. Also mentioned was Okta , an identity-focused security provider, as a name outside the portfolio that's crucial here. "You can't" do it yourself, Jim said. 3. GE Vernova is another Club name on the rise, with shares up more than 5% and tracking to close above $1,000 for the first time since Aug. 17. The stock may be jumping in response to Google parent Alphabet striking a nuclear-power deal with Constellation Energy . The agreement underscores the immense power needs of the AI buildout, which is the core reason why we own GE Vernova. While the bulk of GEV's business right now is natural gas turbines used to make electricity, the company also has a smaller, but fast-growing nuclear business. It both serves existing reactors and is developing a next-generation type of nuclear technology called small modular reactors. "GEV does know how to build them," Jim said, referring to nuclear power generation. Jeff also noted that fellow Club name Eaton , which benefits from electricity demand, is also up more than 2% on Tuesday. 4. Stocks covered in Tuesday's rapid fire at the end of the video were: Procter & Gamble , McKesson , and Skydance . (Jim Cramer's Charitable Trust is long GEV, CRWD, ETN. See here for a full list of the stocks.) As a subscriber to the CNBC Investing Club with Jim Cramer, you will receive a trade alert before Jim makes a trade. Jim waits 45 minutes after sending a trade alert before buying or selling a stock in his charitable trust's portfolio. If Jim has talked about a stock on CNBC TV, he waits 72 hours after issuing the trade alert before executing the trade.
