OpenAI is expecting to reach or exceed $70 billion in annualized revenue by the end of the year, Bloomberg News has reported, an increasingly common metric that extrapolates from shorter-term results. Anthropic, meanwhile, hit $65 billion in annualized revenue in July. But the numbers are not apples to apples.
