Disney+ raising prices again with customers paying up to £24 a year more The streaming service has also introduced a new six-month package, which is cheaper than its regular monthly subscriptions Disney+ has increased the price of its subscription fees again - with customers paying up to £24 a year more. The streaming service has different plans available and you can choose to either pay monthly or annually. The cheapest plan is its standard with adverts subscription and this is rising from £5.99 to £6.99 a month - a £12 increase over the course of a year. The Disney+ standard plan without adverts is going up from £9.99 to £11.99 a month - up by £24 over a year. Its premium offering - which lets you steam off more devices at the same time and comes with a higher picture quality - is rising from £14.99 to £15.99 a month, an increase of £12 yearly. In terms of its annual plans, the Disney+ standard package is rising by £20 from £99.90 to £119.90, while its premium annual plan is going up by £10 from £149.90 to £159.90. If you are a monthly subscriber, the new price will kick in from your next billing date on or after November 18. Annual subscribers will pay the new price from their next billing date on or after December 2. Disney+ has also introduced a new six-month package, which is cheaper than its regular monthly subscriptions. The six-month standard with adverts package costs £5.99 a month, while the standard plan is £9.99 a month and its premium tier is £11.99 a month. Disney+ last raised UK prices in December 2025. If you are a monthly subscriber and you are not happy with the price increases, you can save money by cancelled your plan without incurring an exit fee. If you want to keep Disney+ you could also consider downgrading your plan to include adverts to save cash - for example, moving from standard to standard with adverts would save you £60. You could also choose to pay for Disney+ upfront to save money. It costs £143.88 over a year if you pay for a standard plan monthly, versus £119.90 if you paid upfront for the year - a saving of £23.98. If you don't have Disney+ it is worth checking for any deals that could save you money. For example, Lloyds Bank gives you the standard with adverts plan free for 12 months if you have a Club Lloyds account. O2 offers a £2 monthly bill credit when you add a paid Disney+ subscription to an eligible O2 plan.
