Known as the 'black alien', Anthony didn't start modifying his body until the age of 26 where he started by splitting his tongue. He now considers himself an artist who refers to his ongoing development as 'The Black Alien Project'. He's had a number of painful body modifications, like amputating his two fingers, removing his ear and skull implants. He also sharpened his teeth, inked his eyes and almost tattooed his entire body in black. Anthony grew more fame when he appeared in a 2021 interview where he explained his modifications "made him feel better about himself". Arthur Bruel made a documentary about Loffredo, I Transformed Myself Into An Alien (or The Black Alien Project), which aired on Channel 4 digital in June 2023.
