The young boy, aged two, was rushed to hospital for treatment. The extent of his injuries and his current condition are not yet known. The dog was euthanised. Police Scotland have launched an investigation to get the bottom of what happened. A spokesperson for the force said: "Around 9.55am on Monday, October 26, 2026, we were called to a report of a two-year-old boy being attacked by a dog within a property on Mybster Place in Glasgow.
