A UK city reportedly pulled the plug on a Magic Mike-inspired strip show this month amid concerns it is "too raunchy". Will Parfitt, 36, is one of the stars of Magic Men, and it's currently touring the UK.
A show had been scheduled to take place at Brangwyn Hall, Swansea, later in October; however, Will claims he was left devastated upon learning the event had been abruptly axed. According to him, he only learnt the news when fans began to reach out to him, and it's left many people totally perplexed.
Will, who has amassed millions of followers across his social media platforms, has now spoken about the upsetting situation. He doesn't understand why things escalated in such a way.
Addressing the situation this week, Will said: "It's actually so upsetting. We are so frustrated about it. We only had two shows in Wales so it's frustrating.
"They told us they had just cancelled. They said the show was 'too raunchy'."
Reflecting on how previous performances have been received in Wales, he added: "They are some of the best shows we have done. The show we did in North Wales was amazing.
"It was so good because the audience were so up for it. We did Cardiff two years ago and that was so much fun. For them to have just cancelled it - it's such a disappointment."
He also claimed it's a blow to the lads who star in the show, who receive payment per performance. He also voiced his disappointment for fans, with some having already booked hotels as part of their plans to travel and see the show.
The show has gone from strength to strength since it first launched in Australia years ago. What began as a modest production has since grown into a spectacular touring show that shifts thousands of tickets and travels the world.

Audiences travel considerable distances to watch Will and the lads perform, with many drawn in by his alleged striking resemblance to Channing Tatum - something that helped propel him to online stardom.
Previously, Will noted that the show tends to defy expectations, stressing it's nothing like the stereotypes people might have in mind.
He added: "I just feel bad for the girls who booked to see us. People booked hotels and planned to travel to Wales.
"That's the worst thing for me is we feel like we have let them down. We have done all we can to help them come to another show. We will try to upgrade them any way we can."
Both the venue and Swansea Council were approached for comment. A spokesperson for Swansea Council said: "We've taken the decision not to go ahead with Saturday's Magic Men show at the Brangwyn Hall following concerns raised with us.
"We're sorry for the disappointment this will cause. We've contacted everyone who bought tickets and they will receive a full refund."
