EXCLUSIVE Deals Investor Said to Look to Bid on Club Pilates-Owner Xponential Fund 1 Investments LLC, the third-largest shareholder in Xponential Fitness Inc., the owner of Club Pilates and Pure Barre brands, is pushing for a take-private and is looking to buy the company itself, according to people familiar with the matter. The Rincon, Puerto Rico-based firm, which owns nearly 10% of the company’s outstanding shares, according to data compiled by Bloomberg, is prepared to offer a price between $5.61 to $7.00 per share in cash to acquire Xponential, the people said, asking not to be named because the matter is private.
