UK to learn lessons in 'Neets' crisis fight from European country with lowest rate

The UK is set to learn from the Netherlands, which has the lowest rate of young people not in education, employment, or training (Neets). Labour minister Pat McFadden will visit the country to gain insights on how to address the UK's own Neets crisis, which has been described as a 'lost generation' by a landmark review.
