The 60-year-old man was hit at around 2.50pm outside North Kwai Chung Public Library on Shek Yam Road. He was trapped beneath the front wheels of the bus and had to be freed by firefighters and paramedics. He was rushed unconscious to Yan Chai Hospital in Tsuen Wan. Advertisement Images from the scene showed the man’s lower body pinned under the bus, with a long skid mark on the road.
