T2AV-Compass: Towards Unified Evaluation for Text-to-Audio-Video Generation

arXiv:2512.21094v3 Announce Type: replace Abstract: Text-to-Audio-Video (T2AV) generation aims to synthesize temporally coherent video and semantically synchronized audio from natural language, yet its evaluation remains fragmented, often relying on unimodal metrics or narrowly scoped benchmarks that fail to capture cross-modal alignment, instruction following, and perceptual realism under complex prompts. To address this limitation, we present T2AV-Compass, a unified benchmark for...

COMPASS: Complete Multimodal Fusion via Proxy Tokens and Shared Spaces for Ubiquitous Sensing

arXiv:2604.02056v2 Announce Type: replace Abstract: Missing modalities in multimodal sensing cause not only information loss but also a fusion-interface mismatch: a fusion head trained on a canonical set of modality slots must operate on changing observed subsets at inference time. We propose Compass, an interface-complete fusion framework that restores this canonical slot structure before prediction. Each modality is assigned a fixed fusion slot.

COMPASS: Cognitive MCTS-Guided Process Alignment for Safe Search Agents

Announce Type: new Abstract: LLM-powered search agents enable multi-step reasoning and tool use. However, these capabilities introduce retrieval-induced safety degradation, as harmful intents may decompose into seemingly innocuous sub-queries that lead to unsafe outcomes. Existing alignment methods struggle to capture sparse safety signals and fail to supervise diverse violations across multi-step interactions.

I know what it’s like to be 80. We have reason to worry about Trump’s health | Robert Reich

Physical and mental health aren’t easily separated, especially at our age. And the president is showing many concerning signsI do not wish Trump ill. While he hasn’t shown a shred of compassion for anyone other than himself, this doesn’t justify any of us lacking compassion for him.
