The Topological Dual of a Dataset: A Logic-to-Topology Encoding for AlphaGeometry-Style Data

arXiv:2604.18050v2 Announce Type: replace Abstract: AlphaGeometry represents a milestone in neuro-symbolic reasoning, yet its architecture faces a log-linear scaling bottleneck within its symbolic deduction engine that limits its efficiency as problem complexity increases. Recent technical reports suggest that current domain-specific languages may be isomorphic as input representations to natural language, interchanging them acts as a performance-invariant transformation, implying that...

GLIDE: Graph-guided Leap Inference for Diffusion Estimation of Spatio-Temporal Point Processes

arXiv:2606.01273v1 Announce Type: new Abstract: Spatio-temporal point processes (STPPs) provide a principled framework for modeling asynchronous events in continuous time and space. Recent diffusion-based approaches offer a flexible alternative to deterministic prediction by modeling complex conditional distributions, but their application to STPPs remains challenging: reverse sampling from pure noise is costly, and weak structural constraints in sparse spatial domains can lead to poorly...

Topology-Aware Skeleton Detection via Lighthouse-Guided Structured Inference

arXiv:2604.20123v2 Announce Type: replace Abstract: In natural images, object skeletons are used to represent geometric shapes. However, even slight variations in pose or movement can cause noticeable changes in skeleton structure, increasing the difficulty of detecting the skeleton and often resulting in discontinuous skeletons. Existing methods primarily focus on point-level skeleton point detection and overlook the importance of structural continuity in recovering complete skeletons.

Robust Contrastive Graph Clustering with Adaptive Local-Global Integration

Announce Type: replace Abstract: Graph clustering is essential in graph analysis for revealing structural patterns and node communities. Despite recent advances in self-supervised contrastive learning that have improved clustering via structural and attribute signals, existing methods still struggle to flexibly capture high-order local structures and often overlook global semantics in complex graphs. These limitations lead to suboptimal node representations, especially in real-world graphs...

Molecular glue degraders of HuR suppress BRAF-mutant colorectal cancer

Abstract BRAF gain-of-function mutations, particularly BRAF(V600E), affect roughly 10% of all patients with colorectal cancer (CRC), and portend poor prognosis with limited therapeutic interventions. BRAF inhibitors such as encorafenib are ineffective due to MAPK pathway reactivation driven by BRAF dimerization. Combined inhibition of BRAF and EGFR, although approved therapies, results in short survival benefits and frequent treatment resistance and relapse1,2,3.

A 5.3-million-year-old deep-sea whale necropolis in the Diamantina Zone

Abstract Whale falls are biodiversity oases at seabeds1,2,3,4,5,6, yet their record from the oceans has remained sparse and fragmentary6,7. Here we report the discovery of a vast whale necropolis in the Diamantina Zone (4,616- to 7,001-m depth), extending about 1,200 km along the sea floor of the southeastern Indian Ocean. This area has a deep and extensive accumulation comprising five modern natural whale-fall communities and 476 fossil cetaceans recorded.
