VelocityFM: Short-Horizon Protein Trajectory Prediction via Flow Matching in Velocity Space

Protein dynamics is fundamentally a trajectory prediction problem, but molecular dynamics (MD) simulation remains expensive and static structure predictors do not model time-ordered motion.
