A college has been placed in full lockdown with police rushing to the scene.
Hull College, which has multiple sites, said it received a 'threatening phone call' at around 2.30pm today with a bomb threat allegedly made.
Emergency services attended the scene with police securing the area.
A statement from Hull College read: "IMPORTANT: We have received a threatening phone call at the college and have initiated a full lockdown. The police are assisting and all sites are secure. Updates will be released as we are able to confirm them."

Humberside Police is urging anyone with information after threatening calls were made to Hull College.
The college was initially placed into lockdown, and police have now launched an investigation.
"Anybody with any information that could assist us with our enquiries is asked to contact us on our non-emergency number 101 quoting log 226 of 19 June," said the force.
A police investigation is underway after Hull College was placed in lockdown and it is believed that a threatening call could have been a "hoax".
A statement from Humberside Police read: "As a precaution the school made decision to close the college early at 2.30pm. We take all threats like this extremely seriously and are investigating the incident fully.
"Whilst initial enquiries are still ongoing, we do believe at this stage of our investigation this to be a hoax."
A spokesperson for Humberside Police said: "Officers are in attendance at Hull College after we were called today (Friday, 19 June 2026) following reports that a phone call was received by the college in relation to bomb threats.
"As a precaution the school made decision to close the college early at 2.30pm. We take all threats like this extremely seriously and are investigating the incident fully. Whilst initial enquiries are still ongoing, we do believe at this stage of our investigation this to be a hoax.
"Anybody with any information that could assist us with our enquiries is asked to contact us on our non-emergency number 101 quoting log 226 of 19 June."
In a new statement, a spokesperson for Hull College said: "All staff and students have now been safely evacuated from Hull College. The site is safe and secure.
"Huge thanks to all students and staff for remaining calm throughout. You are true Hullraisers! Thank you to the police for their swift response and outstanding support."
