Boy, 15, found dead in water at Clifton Country Park as police issue hot weather warning The body of a 15-year-old boy has been pulled from the water at Clifton Country Park A 15-year-old boy has been found dead after getting into difficulty in the water at a beauty spot in Swinton, Greater Manchester. Emergency services launched a major search after the teenager was reported to have got into trouble in the water at Clifton Country Park at around 4.50pm on Saturday. Greater Manchester Police confirmed on Monday that a body had been recovered from the water by the North West Under Water Search and Marine Unit. While formal identification has yet to take place, specialist officers are supporting the boy's family.
