I’m Alex Gabriel Simon in Mumbai, where Indian stocks are outperforming just by standing still. It may have been a lackluster week for equities here, but it’s been a lot grimmer for the AI trade and chip companies around the world. Investors can take heart in the benchmark Nifty 50 managing to hold above the psychological 24,000-mark even as clashes in the Middle East intensified, oil prices surged, the rupee weakened, and foreign buying slowed.
