Kidnap murder victim's mum speaks out as cops hunt missing £1,000 Louis Vuitton trainers Jack Sullivan died in hospital on June 26, four days after he was left for dead in a Cheshunt car park, miles away from where he was kidnapped in Waltham Abbey, Essex The desperate mum of a man who was kidnapped, brutally attacked and left for dead in a car park has spoken out as police hope a car and pair of luxury trainers could lead them to a break in the case. Jack Sullivan, 21, was found seriously injured in a car par in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire on June 22 after he was kidnapped from Waltham Abbey in Epping Forest, Essex. Essex Police believe Jack was viciously attacked during his kidnap, with his injuries ultimately proving fatal as he died four days later in hospital. Detectives have made a public appeal for information about a pair of Louis Vuitton trainers Jack was wearing when he was snatched - and his devastated mum has said she is experiencing a "mother’s worst nightmare". Speaking to the Daily Mail, grieving Zoe Ann Sullivan, 41, said her son's death feels "unbelievable" and "does not feel real at the minute" adding she has been left "in shock" and is yet to bury Jack. She added that she wasn't allowed to see him before he was whisked away by an air ambulance, adding: "When he was found he was unresponsive. "I wasn’t allowed to see him when he was in the helicopter. They took him for a scan and he had a brain bleed." Jack, who had brain surgery and had a section of his skull removed, died on June 26 after he went into a coma from which he never emerged. Three people have been arrested on suspicion of murder and released on conditional bail. Ms Sullivan said she has been told very little about the incident by detectives, who are staying tight-lipped as "the people that have murdered my son are still at large". Investigators have however issued a public appeal for information, as they seek a missing pair of Jack's trainers. Police believe someone could be wearing the blue trainers, worth approximately £1,000, without knowledge of where they may have come from. They are also seeking information about a black Mitsubishi Outlander with the registration HY16 FZR, which police said was not the vehicle's true registration. It is believed that Jack may have been kidnapped and carried in the vehicle before he was dumped in Cheshunt. Detective Chief Inspector Greg Wood, who is leading the investigation into Jack's murder, said on Saturday that the car was stolen from an address in Loughton some weeks before he was kidnapped. DCI Wood said: "We know the vehicle was stolen from an address in Loughton on June 3, and we are keen to hear from anyone who may have seen this vehicle between June 3 to 23, when we know it was abandoned in River Close, close to Fishers Close, in Waltham Cross. "We are equally keen to hear from anyone who may have seen the vehicle abandoned on this day. We are also asking for help to find Jack's Louis Vuitton blue trainers, which have not been recovered. "The trainers are worth in the region of £1,000 and we believe someone will either be wearing them – perhaps with no knowledge of their prior owner – or attempting to sell them." He added: "At the heart of this investigation is Jack and his loved ones. We are determined to provide answers for them, and I would again encourage anyone with information on the Mitsubishi Outlander or the blue Louis Vuitton trainers to please come forward."
