Police say paramedics were called to an unresponsive man in his 20s with critical injuries at a bus stop in Australind, about 158 kilometres south of Perth, in the early hours of Sunday morning.
The man was taken to Bunbury Hospital but he could not be saved and was declared deceased.
Police say two men, both aged in their 30s, are in custody and currently assisting police with enquiries.
