Police were called to reports of a crash involving one car on Denaby Lane in Rotherham at 11.39pm on Saturday, August 8. The grey Seat Cupra Leon was travelling towards Kilnhurst before it left the carriageway, officers said. Despite the best efforts of emergency services, a 17-year-old boy and two men, aged 21 and 23, were tragically pronounced dead at the scene. Another teenage boy, a 17-year-old, was taken to hospital with minor injuries. South Yorkshire Police are now asking for anyone who witnessed the collision, or who may have dash cam footage that could assist with their enquiries, to come forward. The victim's families have been informed and are being supported by officers. A police spokesman said: "An investigation is underway and we are now asking for anyone who witnessed the collision, or who may have dash cam footage that could assist with our enquiries, to come forward.
