Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's new inner circle in UK – Archie's nanny to Strictly star Harry and Meghan and their two children, Archie and Lilibet, touched down in the UK last week, and questions are swirling over who they'll rub shoulders with now they're back Prince Harry and Meghan Markle could have a packed roster of friends to bring into their inner circle as they settle back into life in the UK. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex and their two children, Archie and Lilibet, touched down in the UK last Wednesday (August 26), looking to turn the page after quitting royal duties and moving to California in 2020. As controversial as the return to Britain has been, it appears that, for now, the Sussexes are here to stay. And questions are now mounting over who Harry and Meghan might rub shoulders with now they're back. It appears one key problem for Harry lies in the highly publicised breakdown of his relationship with Prince William, with whom he shares childhood friends; the Prince of Wales, for his part, has yet to comment publicly on his brother's return. The Duke of Westminster (Hugh Grosvenor) is friendly with both, but he's on William's side." One notable figure who could be in the Sussex fold is JJ Chalmers, an ex-Marine who now works as a TV presenter on shows such as The One Show and BBC Breakfast, and even took to the dancefloor for the 18th series of Strictly Come Dancing. A war hero, JJ was seriously injured in an IED blast in Afghanistan in 2011 and is a former trustee of the Invictus Games, an international sporting event for injured veterans. Harry established the Invictus Games in 2014. JJ lost two fingers, suffered facial injuries, had a severely damaged elbow and only just avoided a double arm amputation in the devastating blast. Another person who could find themselves in the Sussexes' orbit is former nanny Tiggy Pettifer. Alexandra "Tiggy" Pettifer, née Legge-Bourke, looked after Harry and William in the 1990s when they were just boys. Tiggy has stayed "very close", claims Robert, and is even godmother to Archie. Meanwhile, Harry serves as godfather to her two sons, Tom and Fred. It's also believed she and Meghan are on friendly terms. Tiggy's mother, Dame Shan Legge-Bourke, served as Lady in Waiting for the princes’ aunt, Princess Anne. Princess Eugenie could well be another prominent face in the Sussexes' circle, despite rumours of recent tensions. Eugenie and husband Jack Brooksbank have known Harry and Meghan since before they got married, with the four even said to have double-dated. Some of the other names thrown into the mix include Harry's friend, Charlie van Straubenzee, maternal aunts, Lady Jane Fellowes and Lady Sarah McCorquodale, and his uncle, Earl Spencer, who is about to release a book titled Swan Song about his sister, the late Princess Diana. As for Meghan, some of the rumoured names attached include author Lindsay Jill Roth, designer Misha Nonoo, and Southbank Centre chair Misan Harriman.
